In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

To register and maintain an active Account on dew11, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an active Account.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction may not register.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on dew11. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether initiated by you through dew11's responsible gaming tools or applied by dew11 for any compliance-related reason.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or shareholder of dew11 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors, nor a close family member of any such person.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

dew11 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable timeframe — typically five (5) business days of request — may result in Account suspension pending review.

Registration on dew11 is free of charge. To open an Account, you must complete the registration form available on the Platform, providing your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address. You must also create a secure password of not less than eight characters.

All financial transactions on dew11 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). dew11 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets).

dew11 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

• One Bonus Per Offer: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Duplicate accounts created to claim additional bonuses will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made. Bets placed on certain game categories (as specified per promotion) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering completion.
• Validity Period: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified for each promotion will expire and be removed from the Wallet automatically. dew11 will not reinstate expired Bonus Funds.
• Abuse Prevention: dew11 monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure. Where such patterns are detected, dew11 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings without notice.
• Right to Modify: dew11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including retroactively where evidence of systemic abuse is identified.

All bets placed on dew11 — whether on the sportsbook, live casino tables, slot games, togel draws, or any other product — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any product-specific rules displayed within each game or market.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is considered placed and binding only once you have received an on-screen confirmation reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmation number due to a technical interruption are not considered valid, and no funds will be deducted from your Wallet.
• Odds Displayed: Odds and payout ratios displayed at the time of bet placement are binding for that specific bet. Subsequent changes to odds or pay tables do not affect already-confirmed wagers.
• Void Bets: dew11 reserves the right to declare a bet void where: the market is suspended after a confirmed bet due to a data error; an event is cancelled or abandoned without sufficient play to produce a result; or a technical error in odds calculation is identified. In the event of a void, the staked amount is returned to the Member's Wallet.
• Settlement: Sportsbook markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI, BWF). Live casino game results are determined by the certified outcome of the physical game dealt by Evolution Gaming studios. Togel results are sourced directly from the official Singapore Pools and Hong Kong Jockey Club published draw results.
• Disputed Results: Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be raised via live chat within 48 hours of the event result being published. dew11's decision, following review of available technical records, is final and binding.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum single-bet payout on any market is Rp 500.000.000 per event per Member unless a higher limit is explicitly agreed in writing. Winnings above this threshold will be reviewed before payment is processed.

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or at any point during Account operation, including use of another person's identity documents for KYC verification.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account, whether directly or through associates.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or tournament standings to the detriment of dew11 or other Members.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. dew11 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform itself.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider for deposits made to your dew11 Account. Frivolous chargebacks will result in immediate Account closure and recovery proceedings for the full disputed amount.
• Third-Party Wagering: Placing bets on behalf of another person, accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of betting, or operating your Account as a proxy service for other bettors.

All content published on the dew11 Platform — including but not limited to the dew11 name, logo, domain, website design, software, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text, and multimedia — is the exclusive intellectual property of dew11 or its licensed third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and other named game studios) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, decompilation, modification, or any commercial use of any Platform content or software. Any unauthorised use will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

dew11 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside this document.

By registering an Account, you consent to dew11 collecting and processing your personal data — including your name, contact details, payment information, device identifiers, and betting history — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming enforcement, and service improvement. All data is transmitted and stored using 256-bit SSL encryption. dew11 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dew11's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their dew11 Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• No Consequential Loss: dew11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if dew11 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service Interruptions: dew11 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses incurred as a result of scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, internet connectivity failures, or third-party payment provider downtime.
• Odds Errors: In the event that a bet is accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system error or human error, dew11 reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct odds or void it entirely. dew11 will notify affected Members promptly in such cases.
• Force Majeure: dew11 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, cyber-attacks, or infrastructure failures affecting Indonesian telecommunications networks.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions below.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dew11 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties within thirty (30) days shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Members who access the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and that they are solely responsible for compliance with any local laws applicable to their use of online betting services. dew11 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in every jurisdiction, and access from Prohibited Jurisdictions is expressly forbidden.

dew11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered Members via the email address or mobile number on their Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change. Continuing to place bets after an amendment takes effect constitutes binding acceptance of the updated version.
